浩瀚色谱为建立食品添加剂聚乙二醇中乙二醇和二甘醇的气相色谱分析方法,采用12%山梨醇色谱柱,样品经甲醇超声提取后,用火焰离子化检测器(FID)检测,进样口温度250℃,检测器温度280℃,外标法测定乙二醇和二甘醇的含量.结果发现,乙二醇和二甘醇在10~200mg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数分别为0.9992和0.9999.平均回收率分别为93.0%~101.2%和92.8%~101.3%,相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为0.60%~2.32%和0.86%~3.27%.该方法准确,可靠,可用于食品添加剂聚乙二醇中乙二醇和二甘醇的检测.

Haohan Chromatography was used to establish a gas chromatography analysis method for ethylene glycol and diethylene glycol in food additives polyethylene glycol. A 12% sorbitol chromatography column was used, and the sample was extracted by methanol ultrasound and detected by flame ionization detector (FID) at an inlet temperature of 250 ℃ and detector temperature of 280 ℃. The content of ethylene glycol and diethylene glycol was determined by external standard method. The results showed that there was a good linear relationship between ethylene glycol and diethylene glycol in the range of 10-200mg/L, with correlation coefficients of 0.9992 and 0.9999, respectively.
