浩瀚色谱（山东）应用技术开发有限公司GB/T 18583—2008中水基型胶粘剂水分测定的前处理方法进行了改进.以玻璃微珠加入数量、取样量、超声萃取时间为试验因素,优选出测定水基型胶粘剂中水分的条件.研究表明,加入8—10颗玻璃微珠,称取0.2 g左右样品,配样后超声萃取40 min,沉淀5 min后采用气相色谱法测定水分,测定结果具有良好的重现性和准确性,相对标准偏差RSD均小于0.9%,样品加标回收率在96%—105%之间.
