浩瀚色谱(山东)应用技术开发有限公司建立气相色谱-质谱法(gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,GC-MS)测定食品接触材料及制品中2,2,4,4-四甲基-1,3-环丁二醇迁移量的分析方法。方法样品采用食品模拟物4%乙酸和95%乙醇浸泡。水基模拟物(4%乙酸)经过乙腈萃取,油脂类模拟物(95%乙醇)旋转蒸干,正己烷定容,用PEG-20M(30 m×0.25 mm,0.25μm)色谱柱分离后,用气相色谱-质谱法检测,外标法定量。结果本方法检出限0.005 mg/kg;在0.1~2.0 mg/L范围内线性良好,r^2=0.9991;加标浓度为0.1 mg/kg与0.5 mg/kg时,回收率在80.7%~93.7%之间,相对标准偏差(relative standard deviation,RSD)在2.82%~6.22%之间。结论本方法灵敏度高、检测速度快、准确率高,能用于食品接触材料及制品中2,2,4,4-四甲基-1,3-环丁二醇迁移量的测定。

Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. established an analytical method for the determination of the migration of 2,2,4,4-tetramethyl-1,3-cyclobutanediol in food contact materials and products by gas chromatography mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Methods The samples were soaked in food simulant 4% acetic acid and 95% ethanol. The water-based simulant (4% acetic acid) was extracted by acetonitrile, the oil simulant (95% ethanol) was evaporated to dryness by rotation, the volume was fixed by n-hexane, and PEG-20M (30 m × 0.25 mm,0.25 μ m) After the chromatographic column is separated, it is detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry and quantified by external standard method. Results The detection limit of this method was 0.005 mg/kg; The linearity is good in the range of 0.1~2.0 mg/L, r ^ 2=0.9991; When the spiking concentration is 0.1 mg/kg and 0.5 mg/kg, the recovery is 80.7%~93.7%, and the relative standard deviation (RSD) is 2.82%~6.22%. Conclusion The method is sensitive, rapid and accurate, and can be used to determine the migration of 2,2,4,4-tetramethyl-1,3-cyclobutanediol in food contact materials and products.
