以己二酸和无水甲醇为原料,一水合硫酸氢钠为催化剂合成了己二酸二甲酯,考察了醇酸摩尔比、催化剂用量、反应时间对酯化反应的影响,确定了合成已二酸二甲酯的反应条件:n(己二酸):n(无水甲醇):n(一水合硫酸氢钠)=1:5:0.29,回流分水60 min,己二酸二甲酯收率达97.48%,纯度在98%以上.实验结果表明,一水合硫酸氢钠对合成己二酸二甲酯具有良好的催化活性.

Determination of dimethyl adipate capillary column

Details of capillary column for determination of dimethyl adipate:



Dimethyl adipate was synthesized with adipic acid and anhydrous methanol as raw materials and sodium bisulfate monohydrate as catalyst. The effects of molar ratio of alcohol to acid, amount of catalyst and reaction time on esterification were investigated. The optimum reaction conditions for the synthesis of dimethyl adipate were determined: n (adipic acid): n (anhydrous methanol): n (sodium bisulfate monohydrate)=1:5:0.29, reflux and water separation for 60 minutes. The yield of dimethyl adipate was 97.48% and the purity was above 98%. The experimental results showed that, Sodium bisulfate monohydrate has good catalytic activity for the synthesis of dimethyl adipate
