浩瀚色谱(山东)应用技术开发有限公司建立一种同时测定环境水中敌敌畏、乐果、马拉硫磷、甲基对硫磷、对硫磷、毒死蜱等9种有机磷农药的方法.方法 采用液-液萃取和HH-5毛细管柱气相色谱火焰光度检测器(FPD)法进行测定.结果 本法测定前述6种有机磷农药的分离度均大于1.5,线性范围为2.0~16.0 μg/ml,相关系数≥0.999 2,检出限为0.009 2~0.076 ng,RSD为1.5%~7.1%,平均加标回收率为93.0%~98.7%,在21 min内6种有机磷完全分离.结论 本法与GB 13192-1991<水质有机磷农药的测定>方法比较,其检测限、精密度、准确度均显出明显优势,能满足<生活饮用水卫生规范>的要求和日常分析的需要.

Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. has established a method for the simultaneous determination of 9 organophosphorus pesticides including dichlorvos, dimethoate, malathion, methyl parathion, parathion, and chlorpyrifos in environmental water. The method adopts liquid -Determination by liquid extraction and HH-5 capillary column gas chromatography with flame photometric detector (FPD). Results The resolution of the aforementioned six organophosphorus pesticides was greater than 1.5, and the linear range was 2.0-16.0 μg/ml. The coefficient was greater than or equal to 0.999 2, the detection limit was 0.009 2-0.076 ng, the RSD was 1.5%-7.1%, the average recovery was 93.0%-98.7%, and the six organophosphorus were completely separated within 21 min. Compared with GB 13192-1991 "Determination of Organophosphorus Pesticides in Water Quality", its detection limit, precision and accuracy showed obvious advantages, which can meet the requirements of "Drinking Water Hygiene Standard" and the needs of daily analysis.
