杀虫双属于沙蚕毒素类，是一种广谱性杀虫剂。杀虫双广泛用于水稻、叶菜等作物上防治水稻螟虫、纵卷叶虫、稻苞虫、蓟马、叶蝉、稻飞虱、菜青虫、小菜蛾等，对人、畜属中等毒性。


浩瀚色谱（山东）应用技术开发有限公司研发一种茶叶中杀虫双的检测方法，称取测试样品，加入盐酸溶液，超声处理，过滤，再用盐酸溶液洗涤残渣，溶液用氢氧化钠溶液调节pH8.5～9.0，加入硫化钠溶液，在70℃水浴中反应2.5h，取出冷却后，加入三氯甲烷萃取，分层，萃取重复两次，合并萃取液经无水硫酸钠干燥，旋干，用甲醇定容1.0mL，GC-MS定量分析，得到茶叶中杀虫双的含量。具有灵敏度高，稳定性好，操作简单等优点。

It has the advantages of high sensitivity, good stability and simple operation.
