R134a/CO2复叠式热泵系统,浩瀚色谱(山东)应用技术开发有限公司建立了系统及各参数的数学模型,研究了在不同的低温冷凝温度、蒸发温度、高温冷凝温度、中间换热温差以及高、低温级质量流量比下热泵系统性能的变化.结果表明,该复叠式热泵系统能效比(coefficient of performance,COP)随低温蒸发温度的升高、高温冷凝温度的降低而增大,随中间换热温差的升高而减小;而高、低温级质量流量比的变化趋势与之相反,且存在使得系统COP大的中间温度.

R134a/CO2 cascade heat pump system, Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. established the mathematical model of the system and each parameter, and studied at different low temperature condensation temperature, evaporation temperature, high temperature condensation temperature, intermediate heat exchange temperature difference and The performance changes of the heat pump system under the high and low temperature mass flow ratios. The results show that the coefficient of performance (COP) of the cascade heat pump system increases with the increase of the low temperature evaporating temperature and the decrease of the high temperature condensation temperature. The temperature difference of the intermediate heat exchange increases and decreases; while the change trend of the mass flow ratio of the high and low temperature stages is opposite to that, and there is an optimal intermediate temperature that maximizes the COP of the system.
