针对传统的气相色谱法测定非甲烷总烃的方法:采用2根色谱柱,1根甲烷柱,1根总烃柱,分别测定总烃和甲烷,然后用总烃减去甲烷,即得非甲烷总烃的含量。此法为间接法,操作复杂,费时费力,有时出现负值,定量不准确。
