印刷行业排放大量挥发性有机物,对环境影响不容忽视。目前国家印刷行业挥发性有机物排放标准尚未颁布实施,各地方标准对VOCs排放水平的监测评价指标存在明显差异,主要包括总挥发性有机物(TVOCs)与非甲烷总烃(NMHCS)两类。

浩瀚色谱(山东)应用技术开发有限公司通过对TVOCs与NMHCs的定义、分析方法进行比较,并通过现场采样和实验测试详细分析了印刷行业废气排放中NMHCs与TVOCs的数值差异。研究结果显示,同等条件下,印刷行业典型挥发性有机物实验测试和现场采样测试中,TVOCs的检测数值均大于NMHCs,可能的原因为印刷行业排放的挥发性有机物种类特异性、两者计算时选择的参比物不同以及检测器灵敏度不同等。基于以上研究结果,从长远实施有效监管角度来讲,印刷行业标准采用TVOCs作为控制指标相对科学合理。

The printing industry emits a lot of volatile organic compounds, and its impact on the environment cannot be ignored. At present, the national printing industry volatile organic compound emission standards have not been promulgated and implemented, and there are obvious differences in the monitoring and evaluation indicators of VOCs emission levels in various local standards, mainly including total volatile organic compounds (TVOCs) and non-methane total hydrocarbons (NMHCS).

Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. compares the definitions and analysis methods of TVOCs and NMHCs, and analyzes the numerical differences between NMHCs and TVOCs in exhaust emissions from the printing industry through on-site sampling and experimental testing. The research results show that under the same conditions, the detection values of TVOCs in the typical volatile organic compounds experimental test and on-site sampling test in the printing industry are higher than those of NMHCs. The reference material is different and the detector sensitivity is different. based on the above research results, from the perspective of long-term effective supervision, it is relatively scientific and reasonable for the printing industry standard to use TVOCs as control indicators.
