Precautions

Thank you for purchasing a chromatographic column produced by Haohan.

Every chromatographic column provided by Haohan has been aged. To ensure you get the best analytical separation effect, please aged for 1-2 hours before use. When aging, the carrier gas should be passed through for about 10 minutes. After the air in the column is completely replaced, the temperature is programmed to increase to the maximum operating temperature for aging.

To avoid contamination of the detector, do not connect the column to the detector during conditioning.

When the oven temperature is higher than room temperature, a small amount of oxygen in the carrier gas will damage the stationary phase in the chromatographic column, and the carrier gas must be further deoxygenated by a deoxygenation tube (it is recommended that the oxygen content of the carrier gas used should not exceed 1PPm)

When installing a chromatographic column, the product number should face the operator, and the left side is the injection port of the chromatographic column (or see the logo).

When disassembling the column, bring the column temperature down to room temperature before turning off the carrier gas.
