目前,测定环境样品中酚类化合物,4-氨基安替比林法由于灵敏度较高应用为广泛。未用氯仿萃取水中酚类化合物的测定下限为0.002mg/l,但该法无法区分不同酚及其异构体。因为,用这种方法进行环境状况评价,显然有很大的局限性。

At present, the 4-aminoantipyrine method is the most widely used method for the determination of phenolic compounds in environmental samples due to its high sensitivity. The lower limit of determination of phenolic compounds in water without chloroform extraction was 0.002 mg/l, but this method could not distinguish different phenols and their isomers. Because, using this method to evaluate the environmental condition obviously has great limitations.

In recent years, chromatographic methods have been paid more and more attention by people. And gas chromatography, due to the commonly used PEG20M column, the phenol isomers can not be completely separated.
