在Ag/α-Al2O3催化剂作用下,乙烯环氧化生产环氧乙烷,在原料气中添加微量1,2-二氯乙烷可抑制副反应,提高生成环氧乙烷的选择性。使用微反评价装置,模拟工业上环氧乙烷的生产条件,对银催化剂作用下乙烯环氧化制环氧乙烷过程中抑制剂1,2-二氯乙烷的作用机理进行了研究。实验结果表明,1,2-二氯乙烷在银催化剂上200℃时完全分解,在α-Al2O3载体上直到260℃仍不分解;1,2-二氯乙烷分解成吸附态氯改变了银催化剂的表面吸附性能,提高了目的产物的选择性;在乙烯环氧化制环氧乙烷的反应条件下,1,2-二氯乙烷分解是可逆反应。

Under the action of Ag/α-Al2O3 catalyst, ethylene oxide is produced by epoxidation of ethylene. Adding a small amount of 1,2-dichloroethane to the feed gas can inhibit the side reaction and improve the selectivity of ethylene oxide. Using a micro-reaction evaluation device to simulate the industrial production conditions of ethylene oxide, the mechanism of action of the inhibitor 1,2-dichloroethane in the process of ethylene epoxidation to ethylene oxide under the action of silver catalyst was studied. The experimental results show that 1,2-dichloroethane is completely decomposed on silver catalyst at 200 ℃, and does not decompose on α-Al2O3 support until 260 ℃; 1,2-dichloroethane decomposes into adsorbed chlorine, which changes The surface adsorption performance of silver catalyst improves the selectivity of the target product; under the reaction conditions of ethylene epoxidation to ethylene oxide, the decomposition of 1,2-dichloroethane is a reversible reaction.
