浩瀚色谱（山东）应用技术开发有限公司建立十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵中苯的气相色谱分析方法.方法:取2mL样品溶液置顶空瓶中,加入1mL水,密封,采用顶空气相色谱法测定,以HH-624毛细管柱(30m×0.53mm×)为分析柱,FID检测器;程序升温:40℃保留3min,以10℃/min升180℃,保留10min;N2流速:5mL/min;顶空进样:90℃平衡30min.结果:配样时往顶空瓶中加入适量水消除基质效应,苯的回收率为102.38％(n=9,RSD=4.02％),在0.065～0.742ug/mL(r=0.9997)内线性关系良好,定量限为0.065ug/mL,检测限为0.018ug/mL.结论:所建立方法操作简单、准确、线性范围合理,适合十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵中苯残留的测定.
