GB/T 28599-2020 化妆品中邻苯二甲酸酯类物质的测定

本标准规定了化妆品中邻苯二甲酸酯类物质的气相色谱-质谱联用(GC/MS).液相色谱(HPLC)和气相色谱(GC)测定方法。

本标准适用于化妆品中邻苯二甲酸酯类物质的含量测定,其中第--法气相色谱质谱联用法适用于水剂、香水膏霜、乳液、凝胶精油、指甲油、固体化妆品中24种邻苯二甲酸酯类物质的测定,为仲裁法;第二法液相色谱法适用于水剂、香水、膏霜、乳液、凝胶、精油、固体化妆品中24种邻苯二甲酸酯类物质的测定;第三法气相色谱法适用于水剂、香水、膏霜、乳液、凝胶、精油、指甲油、固体化妆品中24种邻苯二甲酸酯类物质的测定。

浩瀚色谱采用超声协助甲醇提取、固相萃取净化、气相色谱/选择离子质谱联用法,同时测定化妆品中8种邻苯二甲酸酯和4种对羟基苯甲酸酯。该方法线性范围广、重现性好、快速简便、干扰小。样品的加标回收率为80%-100%;含量检测的相对标准偏差小于10%;方法的检出限为0.1-5.0μg/kg。用该方法对15种实际样品中的12种残留物进行定量检测,结果表明除了一种样品中不含待测物外,其余样品均检测到3-7种待测物。其中以对羟基苯甲酸甲酯、对羟基苯甲酸丙酯、邻苯二甲酸丙酯、邻苯二甲酸环己酯和邻苯二甲酸乙基庚基酯为主。

This standard specifies the determination methods of phthalates in cosmetics by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC/MS). High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and gas chromatography (GC).

This standard applies to the content determination of phthalates in cosmetics, of which the first-method gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method is applicable to 24 kinds of water preparations, perfume creams, lotions, gel essential oils, nail polishes, and solid cosmetics. The determination of phthalates is the arbitration method; the second method of high performance liquid chromatography is applicable to 24 kinds of phthalates in water preparations, perfumes, creams, lotions, gels, essential oils and solid cosmetics Determination of substances; the third method gas chromatography is suitable for the determination of 24 kinds of phthalates in water preparations, perfumes, creams, lotions, gels, essential oils, nail polishes, and solid cosmetics.

Haohan chromatography used ultrasonic-assisted methanol extraction, solid-phase extraction cleanup, and gas chromatography/selected ion mass spectrometry to simultaneously determine 8 kinds of phthalates and 4 kinds of parabens in cosmetics. The method has a wide linear range, good reproducibility, rapidity and simplicity, and little interference. The recovery rate of the samples was 80%-100%; the relative standard deviation of the content detection was less than 10%; the detection limit of the method was 0.1-5.0μg/kg. The method was used to quantitatively detect 12 kinds of residues in 15 kinds of actual samples. The results showed that except for one sample which did not contain analyte, the other samples detected 3-7 kinds of analyte. Among them, methyl p-hydroxybenzoate, propyl p-hydroxybenzoate, propyl phthalate, cyclohexyl phthalate and ethyl heptyl phthalate are the main ones.
