浩瀚色谱(山东)应用技术开发有限公司建立水源水中巴豆醛的顶空气相色谱(HS-GC)测定方法。方法:水中的微量巴豆醛经顶空提取后,应用5%PEG-4000/102色谱柱,采用程序升温方式进行GC分析,以保留时间定性,外标法定量。结果:巴豆醛的线性范围为6.2~500μg/L,低检出浓度为4.4μg/L,r=0.9998,水样加标回收率为95.6%~96.3%,RSD为2.1%~2.9%。结论:方法仅用2.5 m in完成饮用水中巴豆醛的测定,操作简便、灵敏度高。

Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. established a headspace gas chromatography (HS-GC) method for the determination of crotonaldehyde in water source water. METHODS: After headspace extraction, trace crotonaldehyde in water was analyzed by GC with a 5% PEG-4000/102 chromatographic column and programmed temperature. RESULTS: The linear range of crotonaldehyde was 6.2~500μg/L, the lowest detection concentration was 4.4μg/L, r=0.9998, the recovery rate of water samples was 95.6%~96.3%, and the RSD was 2.1%~2.9%. Conclusion: The method only takes 2.5 min to complete the determination of crotonaldehyde in drinking water, with simple operation and high sensitivity.
