采用市场上常见的五种PET饮料瓶,分别在23、40、70、95、120、150℃六个温度点下采用粉碎法,测试乙醛释放量的变化。结果表明:五种PET饮料瓶的乙醛释放量均随着温度的升高而增大,热灌装瓶乙醛释放量大,有色瓶较无色瓶乙醛释放量偏大。

浩瀚色谱（山东）应用技术开发有限公司建立了顶空-气相色谱法检测聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)瓶装水中的乙醛迁移量的方法,并对实际样品进行测定。该方法在16.00~800.00 mg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数大于0.999,方法的回收率在90.44%~102.32%,相对标准偏差均低于4.00%。

Five common PET beverage bottles on the market were used, and the pulverization method was used at six temperature points of 23, 40, 70, 95, 120, and 150 ℃ to test the change of acetaldehyde release. The results showed that the acetaldehyde release of the five PET beverage bottles increased with the increase of temperature, the acetaldehyde release of the hot-filling bottle was the largest, and the acetaldehyde release of the colored bottle was larger than that of the colorless bottle.

Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. has established a headspace-gas chromatography method to detect the migration of acetaldehyde in polyethylene terephthalate (PET) bottled water, and measured the actual samples. The method has a good linear relationship in the range of 16.00-800.00 mg/L, the correlation coefficient is greater than 0.999, the recoveries of the method are 90.44%-102.32%, and the relative standard deviations are all lower than 4.00%.
