浩瀚色谱(山东)应用技术开发有限公司针对瓶用聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)树脂现行国家标准GB 17931—2003黏度分析方法的重复性和再现性差,参照ASTM,ISO相关国际标准,对GB 17931—2003有关内容的修订提出建议。修订的主要内容有:试样粉碎采用全粉碎或压片方式;粉碎后的试样需进行干燥处理,用丙酮清洗除去其表面水分,在100℃烘箱中放置10~15 min,以除去剩余丙酮;试样在110℃条件下溶解一般不超过30 min,超过45 min需要重新制样,溶解使用油浴,也可以采用等效的装置,控制溶液温度(110±5)℃;黏度计毛细管内径为0.8~0.9 mm,试样溶液浓度为0.005 g/mL;溶剂采用苯酚/四氯乙烷质量比为1∶1和3∶2两种体系;将相对黏度仪法纳入标准。

Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. has poor repeatability and reproducibility of the current national standard GB 17931-2003 viscosity analysis method for polyethylene terephthalate (PET) resin for bottles, referring to ASTM, ISO related international standards , put forward suggestions on the revision of relevant contents of GB 17931-2003. The main contents of the revision are as follows: the samples are pulverized by full pulverization or tablet pressing; the pulverized samples should be dried, washed with acetone to remove the surface moisture, and placed in a 100 ℃ oven for 10-15 min to remove the remaining acetone ;The sample dissolves at 110°C for less than 30 minutes. If it exceeds 45 minutes, the sample needs to be re-prepared. Use an oil bath for dissolution, or an equivalent device can be used to control the temperature of the solution (110±5)°C. The concentration of the sample solution is 0.005 g/mL; the solvent adopts the phenol/tetrachloroethane mass ratio of 1:1 and 3:2; the relative viscometer method is included in the standard.
