浩瀚色谱（山东）应用技术开发有限公司针对瓶用聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯（PET）树脂现行国家标准GB 17931—2003黏度分析方法的重复性和再现性差,参照ASTM,ISO相关国际标准,对GB 17931—2003有关内容的修订提出建议。修订的主要内容有:试样粉碎采用全粉碎或压片方式;粉碎后的试样需进行干燥处理,用丙酮清洗除去其表面水分,在100℃烘箱中放置10~15 min,以除去剩余丙酮;试样在110℃条件下溶解一般不超过30 min,超过45 min需要重新制样,溶解使用油浴,也可以采用等效的装置,控制溶液温度（110±5）℃;黏度计毛细管内径为0.8~0.9 mm,试样溶液浓度为0.005 g/mL;溶剂采用苯酚/四氯乙烷质量比为1∶1和3∶2两种体系;将相对黏度仪法纳入标准。
