固定污染源非甲烷总烃连续监测系统(以下简称NMHC-CEMS)由非甲烷总烃监测单元和烟气参数监测单元、数据采集与处理单元组成。

  NMHC-CEMS应当实现测量烟气中非甲烷总烃浓度、烟气参数(温度、压力、流速或流量、湿度等),同时计算废气中污染物排放速率和排放量,显示(可支持打印)和记录各种数据和参数,形成相关图表,并通过数据、图文等方式传输管理部门等功能。

  进入NMHC-CEMS燃烧(焚烧、氧化)装置,需要补充空气进行燃烧、氧化反应的废气,还应实现同时测量含氧量的要求。含氧量参与污染物折算浓度计算的,应按排放标准要求换算为大气污染物基准排放浓度。利用锅炉、工业炉窑、固体废物焚烧炉焚烧处理有机废气的,烟气基准含氧量按其排放标准规定执行。

The non-methane total hydrocarbon continuous monitoring system (hereinafter referred to as NMHC-CEMS) of fixed pollution sources is composed of a non-methane total hydrocarbon monitoring unit, a flue gas parameter monitoring unit, and a data acquisition and processing unit.

NMHC-CEMS should measure the concentration of non-methane total hydrocarbons in flue gas, flue gas parameters (temperature, pressure, flow rate or flow rate, humidity, etc.) Record various data and parameters, form relevant charts, and transmit them to the management department through data, graphics and other methods.

   Entering the NMHC-CEMS combustion (incineration, oxidation) device, the exhaust gas needs to be supplemented with air for combustion and oxidation reaction, and the requirement for simultaneous measurement of oxygen content should also be achieved. If the oxygen content is involved in the calculation of the converted concentration of pollutants, it shall be converted into the benchmark emission concentration of air pollutants according to the requirements of the emission standard. When using boilers, industrial kilns, and solid waste incinerators to incinerate organic waste gas, the benchmark oxygen content of flue gas shall be implemented in accordance with its emission standards.
