浩瀚色谱(山东)应用技术开发有限公司建立工作场所空气中环氧氯丙烷测定方法。方法按照《工作场所空气中毒物检测方法的研制规范》要求进行实验室检测,研究了色谱条件的选择、采样方法的选择、采样效率、穿透容量、解吸效率实验,样品的稳定性实验、方法的线性范围及检出限、方法的精密度等指标。结果采用HH-WAX弹性毛细管石英柱能将环氧氯丙烷和共存物分离。环氧氯丙烷浓度在0~118.0 mg/L呈良好线性关系,相关系数为0.99994,方法的低检出浓度为0.17 mg/m3(采样3 L)。方法的相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.2%~6.1%。平均解吸效率92.8%。样品在4℃冰箱中可保存5 d。结论方法的各种指标符合《工作场所空气中毒物检测方法的研制规范》要求,适用于工作场所空气中环氧氯丙烷的检测。

Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. established a method for the determination of epichlorohydrin in workplace air. Methods Laboratory tests were carried out in accordance with the requirements of the "Specifications for the development of air poisoning detection methods in the workplace", and the selection of chromatographic conditions, the selection of sampling methods, the experiments of sampling efficiency, penetration capacity, and desorption efficiency, and the stability experiments and methods of samples were studied.
