Methods: The chromatographic column was HH-624 quartz capillary column, the column temperature was temperature-programmed, the FID detector was used, the detector temperature was 250℃, the injection port temperature was 250℃, and dimethyl sulfoxide was used as the solvent. Results: The linear range of the detection concentration of propylene oxide was 0.1~5.0 mg·ml~(-1)(r=0.999 9); the average recoveries were 99.0%, (RSD was 1.9%,); the lowest detection rate was The limit is 0.81 ng; the residues of propylene oxide in the three batches of samples all meet the requirements of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia.
