浩瀚色谱(山东)应用技术开发有限公司采用顶空-5%Carbowax 20M Carbopack B填充柱气相色谱技术建立了测定气体样品中甲醇的分析方法.该方法具有灵敏度高,检出限低,线性范围宽和操作简便等特点.利用正交设计法研究了顶空实验条件,优化了顶空炉箱温度和加热平衡时间.实验结果表明,甲醇浓度在0.16~7.92mg/L范围内线性关系良好,相对标准偏差为508%~6.74%,加标回收率在94.5%~102%.建立方法的检出限为0.04mg/L;当采样体积为20L时,方法的低检出限为0.01mg/m3.该方法能够满足污染源及无组织排放的气体样品中甲醇的监测需求.
