1.1 本方法适用于恶臭污染源排气和环境空气中硫化氢、甲硫醇、甲硫醚和二甲二硫的同时测定。气相色谱仪的火焰光度检测器(GC-FPD)对四种成分的检出限为0.2×10-9~1. 0×10-9g,当气体样品中四种成分浓度高于1.0mg/m3时,可取1~2mL,气体样品直接注人气相色谱仪分析。对1 L气体样品进行浓缩,四种成分的方法检出跟分别为0.2×10-3~1.0×10-3mg/m3
2 原理
本方法以经真空处理的1 L采气瓶采集无组织排放源恶臭气体或环境空气样品,以聚酯塑料袋采集排气筒内恶臭气体样品。硫化物含量较高的气体样品可直接用注射器取样1~2 mL,注入安装火焰光度检测器(FPD)的气相色谱仪分析。当直接进样体积中硫化物量低于仪器检出限时.则需以浓缩管在以液氧为致冷剂的低温条件下对1 L气体样品中的硫化物进行浓缩.浓缩后将浓缩管连入色谱仪分析系统并加热100℃,使全部浓缩成分流经色谱柱分离,由FPD对各种硫化物进行定量分析。在一定浓度范围内,各种硫化物含量的对数与色谱峰高的对数成正比。

1.1 This method is suitable for the simultaneous determination of hydrogen sulfide, methyl mercaptan, methyl sulfide and dimethyl disulfide in the exhaust gas of odor pollution sources and ambient air. The flame photometric detector (GC-FPD) of the gas chromatograph has a detection limit of 0.2×10-9~1.0×10-9g for the four components. When the concentration of the four components in the gas sample is higher than 1.0mg/m3 1~2mL can be taken, and the gas sample is directly injected into the gas chromatograph for analysis. Concentrating 1 L of gas sample, the four components were detected by method at 0.2×10-3~1.0×10-3mg/m3 respectively.
2 Principles
In this method, foul gas or ambient air samples from fugitive emission sources are collected from a vacuum-treated 1 L gas collection bottle, and a polyester plastic bag is used to collect the malodorous gas samples in the exhaust cylinder. Gas samples with high sulfide content can be directly sampled with a syringe of 1-2 mL and injected into a gas chromatograph equipped with a flame photometric detector (FPD) for analysis. When the absolute amount of sulfide in the direct injection volume is lower than the detection limit of the instrument. The sulfide in 1 L gas sample needs to be concentrated under the low temperature condition with liquid oxygen as the refrigerant by the concentrating tube. After the concentration, the concentration tube is connected to the chromatographic analysis system and heated to 100 °C, so that all the concentrated components are separated through the chromatographic column, and various sulfides are quantitatively analyzed by FPD. Within a certain concentration range, the logarithm of the various sulfide content is proportional to the logarithm of the chromatographic peak height.
