浩瀚色谱(山东)应用技术开发有限公司研究了自动顶空-气相色谱法(FPD+)直接测定水中二硫化碳,结果表明:使用HH-SJSW-III硫专用柱,在柱温35℃、顶空平衡温度80℃、平衡时间40 min、含盐量3.5 g条件下进行分析,二硫化碳色谱峰形好、灵敏度高;二硫化碳峰面积为浓度的二次方曲线,曲线方程为y=135.3x~2-412.2 x,相关系数为0.9999;方法检出限为0.30μg/L,测定下限为1.20μg/L,实验分析相对标准偏差在1.8%~4.3%,加标回收率为93.1%~109.9%。该方法检出限低,精密度好,准确度高;操作简单,分析速度快、效率高,不会带来其他污染。满足对地表水和废水的分析要求。
