二氧化碳产品的原料主要来源于乙烯氧化副产气、合成氨及发酵尾气、地下气井等,硫化物在其中普遍存在且形态不一.合成氨法二氧化碳原料气中的硫化物主要为硫化氢、氧硫化碳、二氧化硫等;地下气井二氧化碳原料气中的硫化物主要为硫化氢等还原态硫化物;发酵法二氧化碳原料气中的硫化物主要为硫醇、硫醚等有机硫化物.由于硫化物的存在会严重影响饮料的品质,还会对人体健康产生危害,因此目前国家标准及国际饮料协会标准中对硫化物的控制很严格,总硫要求≤0.1ppm,二氧化硫≤1ppm.

目前二氧化碳中硫化物的测定方法有氧化微库仑法、紫外荧光法、硫化氢色带法、分光光度法、气相色谱法等。火焰光度分析硫化物的原理:样品在富氢火焰燃烧时,含硫化合物发射出波长为394nm的特征光。通过滤光片将特征光过滤后,再经光电倍增管将光信号转换成电信号,微电流放大后纪录。综上可知,硫化物的火焰光度分析方法是一种切实可行的硫检测方法。
