近年来,稀土企业大量兴起,P507和煤油作为磷酸酯类萃取剂和有机溶剂,是稀土萃取分离工艺制备单一稀土氧化物的主要原材料,也是工业废气的主要来源。若排放到空气中,这些有害气体多数易燃易爆,其大量排放不但对地球环境产生严重的影响,而且还是引起大气光化学烟雾、温室效应和臭氧层破坏的原因之一。

浩瀚色谱(山东)应用技术开发有限公司采用单柱单氢火焰离子检测器(FID)气相色谱法测定空气中的非甲烷总烃(NMHC)和甲烷,通过十通阀进样和切换,实现一次进样就可以完成甲烷和NMHC的同步测定,且无氧峰干扰。与双柱双FID检测器气相色谱法相比,该方法不用测算氧峰,更加简便,分析结果准确,且重复性良好。

In recent years, a large number of rare earth companies have emerged. P507 and kerosene are used as phosphate ester extractants and organic solvents. They are the main raw materials for rare earth extraction and separation processes to prepare single rare earth oxides, and they are also the main sources of industrial waste gas. If discharged into the air, most of these harmful gases are flammable and explosive, and their large amounts of emissions not only have a serious impact on the global environment, but are also one of the causes of atmospheric photochemical smog, the greenhouse effect and the destruction of the ozone layer.

Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Applied Technology Development Co., Ltd. uses single-column single-hydrogen flame ionization detector (FID) gas chromatography to determine non-methane total hydrocarbons (NMHC) and methane in the air, and realizes one-time sampling and switching through a ten-port valve. Sample injection can complete the simultaneous determination of methane and NMHC, and there is no oxygen peak interference.
