本标准规定了煤焦油苯、甲苯、苯酚、萘、芴、菲、蒽、芘的含量测定的原理、试剂及材料、仪器和设备、样品、试验步骤、结果计算、精密度。
本标准适用于煤的加氢气化工艺产生的煤焦油的测定,其他煤转化工艺产生的煤焦油对应的蒸馏产物可参照执行。
用二氯甲烷溶解煤焦油,在该溶液中定量加入内标物4-溴氟苯,利用商品化毛细管色谱柱进行完全分离。用微量注射器直接进样,试样被载气带入色谱柱,采用氢火焰离子化检测器(FID)分析苯、甲苯、苯酚、萘、芴、菲、蒽、芘的含量。用色谱工作站,将试样目标物与标准样品目标物的色谱峰对比,根据保留时间对各目标物定性,利用内标法对各目标物准确定量。

This standard specifies the principles, reagents and materials, instruments and equipment, samples, test procedures, results calculation, and precision for the determination of coal tar benzene, toluene, phenol, naphthalene, fluorene, phenanthrene, anthracene, and pyrene.
This standard applies to the determination of coal tar produced by the hydrogenation process of coal, and the corresponding distillation products of coal tar produced by other coal conversion processes can be implemented by reference.
The coal tar is dissolved in dichloromethane, the internal standard 4-bromofluorobenzene is quantitatively added to the solution, and a commercial capillary chromatographic column is used for complete separation. The sample was injected directly with a micro syringe, and the sample was carried by the carrier gas into the chromatographic column, and the content of benzene, toluene, phenol, naphthalene, fluorene, phenanthrene, anthracene, and pyrene was analyzed using a hydrogen flame ionization detector (FID).
