甲醛、乙醛、丙烯醛和三氯乙醛均为环境中常见的醛类化合物,对人的皮肤和粘膜有刺激作用,且有致癌危险。在现行的国家标准《地表水环境质量标准》中,测定甲醛采用分光光度法,乙醛、丙烯醛和三氯乙醛则采用气相色谱法,方法复杂且不统一。

浩瀚色谱(山东)应用技术开发有限公司研究建立了毛细管柱气相色谱法同时测定地表水中甲醛、乙醛的分析方法,回收率为73.1%~115%,相对标准偏差为0.71%~5.3%,检出限为3.50~28.6μg/L。本方法能够同时测定地表水中甲醛、乙醛。

Formaldehyde, acetaldehyde, acrolein and chloroacetaldehyde are all common aldehyde compounds in the environment, which have irritating effects on human skin and mucous membranes, and have the risk of causing cancer. In the current national standard "Surface Water Environmental Quality Standards", spectrophotometry is used for the determination of formaldehyde, while gas chromatography is used for acetaldehyde, acrolein and chloroacetaldehyde. The methods are complex and inconsistent.

Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Applied Technology Development Co., Ltd. has researched and established a capillary column gas chromatography method for simultaneous determination of formaldehyde and acetaldehyde in surface water. The recovery rate is 73.1% to 115%, and the relative standard deviation is 0.71% to 5.3%. The output limit is 3.50~28.6μg/L. This method can simultaneously determine formaldehyde and acetaldehyde in surface water.
