用途:

本阀门适用于气相色谱仪或其它仪器对载气、辅助气和其它气源在输入压力变化不稳定的条件下,而输出压力发生变化时,能确保输出流量(指质量流量)起稳定的作用;广泛用于气体流量稳定的自动调节,诸如气相色谱,原子吸收,火焰光度,生化仪器,石油化工及环保仪器等。

使用说明:

稳流阀通常为1个进口2个出口,其中一个出口可接压力表或不用堵住.进口处标有箭头。输出流量的大小通过旋钮调节,逆时针转动输出流量增大,反之,顺时针转动输出流量减小。精密阀门应缓慢调节。为了达到良好的稳流效果,一般要在稳流阀前加接稳压阀,在稳流阀后有一定气阻(或加接针型阀),不能直接放空。

use:

This valve is suitable for gas chromatographs or other instruments to ensure stable output flow (referring to mass flow) when the input pressure of carrier gas, auxiliary gas and other gas sources is unstable, and when the output pressure changes. ; Widely used for automatic adjustment of gas flow stability, such as gas chromatography, atomic absorption, flame photometry, biochemical instruments, petrochemical and environmental protection instruments, etc.

Instructions for use:

The steady flow valve usually has 1 inlet and 2 outlets. One of the outlets can be connected to a pressure gauge or does not need to be blocked. The inlet is marked with an arrow. The size of the output flow is adjusted by the knob. Turn the output flow counterclockwise to increase, and vice versa, turn the output flow clockwise to decrease. Precision valves should be adjusted slowly. In order to achieve a good flow stabilization effect, it is generally necessary to connect a stabilizing valve before the stabilizing valve. There is a certain air resistance (or a needle valve) after the stabilizing valve, and it cannot be directly vented.
