为贯彻《中华人民共和国环境保护法》,保护生态环境,保障人体健康,提高生态环境管理水平,规范生态环境监测工作,生态环境部决定制定《固定污染源废气 苯系物的测定 气袋采样/直接进样-气相色谱法》国家环境保护标准。
苯系物一般是苯、甲苯、乙苯、对二甲苯、间二甲苯、邻二甲苯、异丙苯、苯乙烯的统称,它是大气环境和许多污染源气体中见的化合物,对人体健康都具有一定的危害作用,是环境的重要污染物。苯广泛地应用在化工生产中,它是制造染料、香料、合成纤维、合成洗涤剂、聚苯乙烯塑料、丁苯橡胶、炸药、农药杀虫剂(如六六六)等的基本原料。它也是制造油基漆、硝基漆等的原料。化工厂超标排放的废水、废气是造成环境中苯污染事故的主要根源。
近年来,我国的空气质量普遍受到污染,苯系物含量的高低能直接表示大气中有机物污染的水平,测定大气中的苯系物,有助于评价大气污染状况。因为本标准的制定也是为了适应和满足质量标准与污染物排放(控制)标准的的污染项目监测要求及环境重点工作涉及的污染物项目监测要求。
本标准规定了测定固定污染源废气中苯系物的气袋采样/直接进样-气相色谱法,适用于固定污染源废气中的苯、甲苯、乙苯、邻二甲苯、间二甲苯、对二甲苯、异丙苯和苯乙烯的测定。当进样体积为 1.0 ml 时,苯、甲苯、乙苯、邻二甲苯、间二甲苯、对二甲苯、异丙苯和苯乙烯方法检出限为 0.2~0.6 mg/m3,测定下限为 0.4~2.4 mg/m3,详见附录 A。

It is the basic raw material for the manufacture of dyes, fragrances, synthetic fibers, synthetic detergents, polystyrene plastics, styrene butadiene rubber, explosives, pesticides and pesticides (such as BHC). It is also a raw material for manufacturing oil-based paint, nitrocellulose paint, etc. Excessive discharge of waste water and waste gas from chemical plants is the main source of benzene pollution accidents in the environment.

This standard specifies the air bag sampling/direct injection-gas chromatography method for the determination of benzene series in waste gas from stationary sources. It is suitable for benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, o-xylene, meta-xylene, and p-xylene in waste gas from stationary sources. , Cumene and Styrene.
