Methane reformer for PE690 gas chromatograph
Methane reformer for PE690 gas chromatograph Details:
The PE Clarus500 gas chromatograph is equipped with two hydrogen flame detectors and a methane reformer for one injection to simultaneously determine CO, CO2 and hydrocarbon impurities in propylene.
The methane reformer needs to be equipped externally, is large in size, complicated in installation, and time-consuming and labor-intensive. Haohan Chromatography has developed a high-efficiency mini methane reformer, which is small in size, high in efficiency, simple and convenient to install, and can be installed by ordinary laboratory personnel. It is economical to use and does not change the original analysis function of the instrument after installation. The effect is good, and the analysis time is short.
Haohan Chromatography has established a simple, accurate and rapid analytical method for the determination of trace impurities in propylene using a mini methane reformer. The relative standard deviation of this method is less than 10%, the detection line (S/N=3) is 1mg/l, the average recovery rate is 94.3%~101.1%, the analysis speed is fast, the stability is high, the efficiency is high, and the results are accurate and reliable. After testing, this method can fully satisfy the analysis of CO, CO2 and hydrocarbon impurities in propylene.
