为配合执行GBZ/T 205—2007《密闭空间作业职业危害防护规范》,滕州市浩瀚色谱仪器技术服务有限公司,采用毛细管柱,次提出空气中氧气的气相色谱直接测定方法。克服采用分子筛做为气相色谱固定相的不足,完成空气中氧气与氮气的分离任务,使用TCD测定。结果显示,该方法空气中氧气的检出限为1.8%,进样量为1ml气体。方法重现性可以满足要求,相对标准偏差:5%含量为2.8%,10%含量为2.0%,30%含量为3.5%。样品在室温状态可以保存7 d。提示,本方法适用于工作场所空气中氧气含量检测工作。

In order to cooperate with the implementation of GBZ/T 205-2007 "Code of Occupational Hazards Protection in Confined Space Operations", Tengzhou Haohao Chromatography Instrument Technology Service Co., Ltd. firstly proposed a direct gas chromatographic method for the determination of oxygen in air using a capillary column. Overcoming the insufficiency of using molecular sieve as a stationary phase of gas chromatography, the task of separating oxygen and nitrogen in air was completed, and TCD was used for measurement. The results showed that the detection limit of oxygen in the air was 1.8%, and the injection volume was 1 ml of gas. The method reproducibility can meet the requirements, relative standard deviation: 5% content is 2.8%, 10% content is 2.0%, and 30% content is 3.5%. The sample can be stored for 7 days at room temperature. It is suggested that the method is applicable to the detection of oxygen content in the air of the workplace.
