Each chromatographic column provided by Haohan has been aged. To ensure the analytical separation effect you obtain, please aged for 1-2 hours before use. When aging, the carrier gas should be ventilated for about 10 minutes, and after the air in the column is cleaned up, use the program to increase the temperature to the highest use temperature for aging.

To avoid contamination of the detector, please do not connect the column to the detector during aging.

When the temperature of the column oven is higher than room temperature, a small amount of oxygen in the carrier gas will damage the stationary phase in the chromatographic column. The carrier gas must be further deoxidized by a deoxidizing tube (it is recommended that the oxygen content in the carrier gas used should not exceed 1PPm)

When installing the chromatographic column, the product brand should face the operator, and the injection port of the chromatographic column (or see label) on the left.

When disassembling the column, first lower the column temperature to room temperature, and then turn off the carrier gas.
