在色谱载气、半导体研究、制取高纯气体等应用场合,特别在毛细管气相色谱系统中,以及在使用TCD或ECD检测器时,为提高色谱柱和检测器使用寿命,使气路稳定地工作和使分析结果准确,载气的氧含量都要求必须严格控制,能控制在0.1PPM以内。目前,常用的脱氧设备是脱氧管,脱氧效果不理想。

针对脱氧管目前现状,滕州市浩瀚色谱仪器技术服务有限公司研制出了的脱氧设备:脱氧装置。该设备不但脱氧效果远好于脱氧管,脱氧深度可达0.01PPM,而且还能除水和二氧化碳等杂质。

除氧净化器(除氧器),主要用于氮气、一氧化碳、二氧化碳、氩气等惰性气体除氧。适用于色谱仪载气深度除氧。气体脱氧器内装有脱氧剂,当样品气中的氧通过脱氧器时,脱氧剂与氧发生氧化反应,在200-300温度的条件下,脱氧剂发生反应,迅速、完全、无需再生,达到脱除气体中氧的目的。
